1. Introduction

Welcome to DataCleanFlow.com. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VERTEX DIGITAL GROUP LTD.

2. Services

DataCleanFlow.com provides automated document anonymization services using locally-hosted European artificial intelligence models. We process your documents to remove personally identifiable information (PII) without sending data to third-party providers outside the European Union.

3. Data Processing & Ownership

We process data exclusively within the European Union. We do not store the content of your documents after processing is complete; files are retained for a maximum of 60 minutes to allow for download and then permanently deleted. You retain full ownership of your data at all times.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and process any documents. You must not upload illegal, malicious, or harmful content. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

When you purchase tokens or subscriptions, you are contracting with Paddle. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT may be added at checkout depending on your location.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy page for detailed information regarding cancellations and refunds.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for high accuracy, AI models are not infallible. DataCleanFlow.com is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. VERTEX DIGITAL GROUP LTD is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to missed redactions, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
