This Privacy Policy describes how VERTEX DIGITAL GROUP LTD ("we", "us", "DataCleanFlow.com") collects, uses, and protects your information.

2. Data We Collect

  • Account Information: Email address, encrypted password, and company name provided during signup.
  • Usage Data: Logs of filenames, file types, token usage, timestamps, and error logs.
  • Transaction Data: Payment status and transaction IDs. Note that we do not store credit card information. All payment processing is handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.

3. Document Processing (The "Zero Retention" Policy)

We do not store your document content permanently.

When you upload a file:

  1. The file is uploaded to a secure, temporary storage bucket (encrypted at rest).
  2. Our EU-hosted AI model processes the file to identify PII.
  3. The anonymized result is generated.
  4. Both the original and the anonymized files are deleted immediately upon job completion or after a strict 60-minute retention window to allow you to download the result.

4. Payment Processing

We use Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase, you are sharing your billing information directly with Paddle. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful to update your account balance.

5. Data Location

All document processing occurs on servers located within the European Union (EU/EEA). We use Google Cloud Platform (EU Regions) for infrastructure.

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and UK Data Protection laws, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at privacy@datacleanflow.com.
