Refund Policy

At VERTEX DIGITAL GROUP LTD ("DataCleanFlow.com"), we strive to ensure satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries regarding payments and returns.
2. Token Packages (One-time purchases)
Because our services are digital and available for immediate use, token packages are generally non-refundable once the tokens have been credited to your account and/or used.
However, you may be eligible for a refund if:
- You have not used any of the tokens from the purchased package.
- You request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.
- There was a technical error that prevented the delivery of the tokens.
3. Subscriptions
If you are on a recurring subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partially used billing periods unless required by local law.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@datacleanflow.com with your transaction ID and the email address associated with your account.
Alternatively, you can contact Paddle directly for payment-related disputes via paddle.net.
5. EU/UK Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital content within 14 days. However, by using the service (processing a document) immediately after purchase, you expressly acknowledge that you lose this right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.
